Following the re-opening of the newly refurbished Sports Bar in Disney Village the public toilets next to Sports Bar have also re-opened, and have had a bit of a change of layout. 

The former stand alone accessible toilet is now a family bathroom, and there is a new stand alone accessible toilet. 

This toilet is relatively spacious, it should be able to accommodate an accompanying carer or assistant. There is one wall mounted grab rail. There are paper towels rather than an electric hand dryer. 

I did find the door particularly heavy and found it quite difficult to manage, but there was level access with no threshold.
