Priority Pass Viewing Areas
Outdoor Shows, Parades and Night-time Shows
For outdoor shows there are designated areas for Priority Pass holders. These are for things like Stars on Parade, seasonal parades and shows and for the night-time shows. These areas are only for Priority Pass holders and not for Easy Access Pass holders.
For these areas the passholder can take up to two people with them, the areas have limited space so they have to be strict on how many can accompany the person. The two people includes babies and toddlers even if they are in a carrier or a pushchair.

Night time Show in the Disneyland Park – Disney Tales of Magic
The night time show, which consists of projections on the castle, music, fireworks, lasers and use of the fountains, is performed every day at park closing time. Currently the show is called Disney Tales of Magic.
The viewing area is right in front of the castle, slightly to the Left. Access is via the path from near Casey's Corner which leads towards Adventureland, as shown on the map. Cast members will check your priority pass and direct you.
In addition to the Priority area there is now a paid for reserved area directly to the right of the priority area in front of the castle, accessed using a similar route. This costs from 24 euro per person and is a more central view, and may be an option for those with a larger group who would otherwise need to split up. Children under 3 enter this area free with a paying guest.
Depending on how busy the park is you need to be there an hour to 45 minutes before if you want to be at the front but there is usually still space towards the back of the area which is still a great view right before the show starts.
There is only maybe two benches in this whole area and they are usually taken well below the show starts and are towards the back of the area. There is a low fence which I used to find it helpful to lean against. You may want to bring blankets or similar to sit on while waiting.
You are very close to the front and it can be loud in this area, ear defenders may be helpful for some in this area.
Disney Tales of Magic also uses projections onto the buildings along main street so there are more options for this show to see it from, standing along main street can also give great views.
Disney Stars on Parade - Parade in Disneyland Park
Disney Stars on Parade is the main daytime parade which usually runs once per day, check the app for the exact time but currently usually at 11.30am.
The parade starts from near it’s a small world then passes in front of the castle and down main street to finish near the entrance to the Discovery Arcade. As it’s quite a long route it is possible to find a spot if you are in a group bigger than three and want to stay together, I would recommend the area where it starts near it’s a small world, the area opposite pizzeria Bella Notte or anywhere along main street or town square.
There is now paid for reserved area, bookable on the app from 19 euro per person, which may be an option if your group is too large to use the priority area but you want to stay together. This area is near the entrance to fantasyland so is not next to the priority area like it is for the night-time show.
The priority viewing area is near the castle stage. The area does have some benches but these are at the back of the area, and you would not be able to see well from these if you remain seated here while the parade passes due to the people who will be standing in front of you at the rope.
There is usually a second viewing area near to city hall in Town Square, this area has no benches.
The Million Splashes of Colour spectacular comprises of a parade that runs up main street from town square to the castle, then the performance continues on the castle stages before the floats return down main street. It;s vibrant, joyful and one of my favourite experiences.
If you only want to see the floats pass there is usually plenty of areas on Main Street to see this, and I also enjoy standing at the gates where the parade starts, near the ribbons and bows shop, this is great for a quick fix without a long wait.
I do however recommend trying to see the full show near the castle stages at least once. There is a priority pass viewing area on the corner facing the castle, but this is quite small and the best spots are taken quite early, for prime spots in this area I usually need to be there at least 30-45 minutes before.
Million Splashes of Colour -Cavalcade/Show in Disneyland Park
This new nighttime show in Disney Adventure World takes place on the lake, allowing for multiple different vantage points with far less crowding than for Tales of Magic. This means if you are a larger group not covered by a priority pass then there is often still plenty of other spots to watch from, as you can see it from many points all around the lake.
There is however a dedicated Priority Pass viewing area, and a paid for viewing area.
Nighttime show in Disney Adventure World - Cascade of Lights
This show, featuring Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf is performed on boats in the harbour. While this a cute show, especially for Frozen fans the area where it is performed does not allow for a lot of good viewing spots, and given it's popularity getting a spot can be tricky.
There is a priority pass viewing area available, though the fences can still make viewing difficult and it can get full and crowded.

Electrical Sky Parade view comparison
This short video compares the view I had as a wheelchair user for the electrical sky parade by turning up last minute, standing at the end of main street and leaving before dreams, compared to when I turned up around an hour before and used the priority pass area. While this show is no longer running this still gives an idea of what the views may be like.
