Accessible Parking at Disneyland Paris

Some disabilities mean that accessible parking is needed. Disneyland Paris does have accessible parking options available, these are larger spaces with the space to open car doors fully and to be able to load and unload mobility devices.

The main Disneyland Paris car park has a section for accessible parking, this is the closest area to the walkways to the parks but it is worth noting this can still be quite a walk, there are benches along the route.

Who is eligible for disabled parking?

To gain access to the accessible parking spaces you need to show a valid blue badge or other country equivalent parking permit. Having a priority pass does not mean you are able to use this parking, you must have a blue badge. You need to show this to the manned desk or use the intercom when entering the parking to get the code for the barrier to this area.

Is disabled parking free?

No, the accessible parking is the same cost as the rest of the car park and follows the same rule, so there is no re-entry, if you leave the car park you have to pay again to re-enter. Parking for a standard car is 30 euros per day. Parking is free if you are staying at any Disney Hotel (including Davy Crockett Ranch) and for some annual passes.

Are there alternatives to the main car park?

There is another privately owned car park, run by Indigo, near Disney village. This car park also has accessible parking and accepts UK blue badges, and it can sometimes be a better option than the main car park if you are not getting the main car park included for free. The daily rate is slightly less than at Disney at 26 euros, and they also have an hourly rate for if you are only going to be staying for a shorter period. They also do a monthly option for 65 euros which can be useful for some, especially for stays over 3 days or where you may need to go back and forth to accommodation for breaks.

This car park is also a shorter walk to the park entrances. It is worth noting there is a height limit for this car park of 2.1m.

What about at the Disney Hotels?

All the Disney hotels have car parks and all have accessible spaces. These are only for use by guests of each hotel but they are free for hotel guests. At Cheyenne and Santa Fe there is a main car park but also additional spaces near the blocks so once you know your room number you can have your car closer to your room. Some hotels also have valet parking, this is available at Newport Bay Compass Club, Hotel New York Empire State Club and for all guests at Disneyland Hotel. At Davy Crockett Ranch there is parking near the reception and restaurant and pool and a parking space at each cabin.

Can I park at the Disneyland Hotel, I heard this was possible?

No, but prior to it’s closure for refurbishment and subsequent reopening anyone with a blue badge could use the blue badge spaces at the Disneyland Hotel, which were much closer than the main car park. This is no longer the case but there may be people who remember this being available or old articles on the internet that can cause some confusion.
